Makerify is a search aggregator and cache. We do not host, upload, or store any video files. All video playback occurs via YouTube's embedded player (youtube-nocookie.com), and all product links redirect to eBay. We only cache public metadata (titles, thumbnails, links) for display purposes.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work appears on this site, please send a written notice including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized agent.

3. Where to Send

Send notices to the contact address listed on the About page. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

4. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same information requirements.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will block access from repeat infringers to the extent technically feasible.
